I slammed out this piece of fan art in a scant two-and-a-half hours, and I broadcasted it via UStream as well. These characters come from John Allison’s webcomic Scary Go Round. I absolutely adore Esther and The Boy as a couple. I still haven’t finished the SGR archive (as of 19 January 2009), so I have no idea if they’re still a couple or not. I hope so!
This was very fun to draw. The entire thing was done digitally, using a Wacom tablet with Adobe Illustrator CS4. You can watch its creation from start to finish by viewing it over at UStream.
